Opera Memphis believes that opera should be bold, inclusive, and accessible to all. Your time, talent, and support help create performances, programs, and opportunities that enrich the entire Mid-South—and everyone has a role to play.
The Opera Memphis Education Program immerses students from Pre‑K through high school in live opera. From our Masterclasses to our Summer Opera Intensive to our Student Night at the Opera, our professional artists and instructors share their love for music and story.
Summer Opera Intensive, a partnership with the University of Memphis, is a two-week program for rising 7th-12th graders passionate about performance. Students work with professional artists, rehearse daily, and take on roles in a full production, gaining experience in acting, vocal work, and stagecraft.
Make your holiday event unforgettable with a live performance from the Opera Memphis Holiday Carolers. Dressed in festive attire and featuring professional voices, our carolers add warmth, elegance, and joy to any seasonal gathering.
Opera Memphis brings the beauty of live opera directly to your front door-or wherever you'd like us to perform. Whether it's a birthday surprise, a neighborhood gathering, or a special program for a school or senior center, our artists deliver an unforgettable experience that's as moving as it is accessible.
Opera Memphis loves to partner with other organizations. If your team is interested in partnering with us, please contact us!
